Neuro Parenting Skills is a series of online, topic-based parent sessions designed to support families navigating common challenges such as meltdowns, anxiety, demand avoidance, transitions, and building independence.

Through our clinical work, we consistently see that parents are doing their best, but often lack access to strategies that truly fit their child’s needs. These sessions are designed to bridge that gap—translating clinical understanding into clear, practical strategies you can use immediately.

Each session focuses on a specific topic and stands alone, allowing you to attend based on your current priorities, while also building understanding and confidence over time.

The sessions move beyond surface-level behaviour strategies and instead focus on:

  • Understanding what is driving your child’s responses

  • Responding in ways that support regulation and skill development

  • Reducing stress for both your child and your family

  • Creating approaches that are realistic and sustainable in everyday life

All sessions are facilitated by Katherine Hill, drawing on extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and families across a wide range of settings.
